after a total loss accident in my 2017 mitsubishi outlander sport, i reached out to friends on social media to see what kind of car they recommended. over 60% said subaru forester or outback. i conta outlander sport, i reached out to friends on social media to see what kind of car they recommended. over 60% said subaru forester or outback. i contacted the grand subaru dealership about pricing for a couple different models and started perusing online. they were very quick to respond with assistance and very patient with my million questions. i ended up liking a car they didn't have in stock, but they were able to get it to the dealership in no time! the process at the dealership was incredibly smooth & didn't take nearly as long as previous car buying experiences i've had elsewhere. Even after the purchase, Jeff took the time to familiarize me with my new Outback & all of it's features. Linda was the sweetest & so easy to talk to in Finance as well! Everyone there was the absolute nicest & their customer service experience was flawless! Jeff was an amazing help the entire car buying/browsing process and I would recommend him & his Grand Subaru team to anyone. I have already recommended to many family & friends. 5 stars across the board, honestly. I will definitely be back. More
