I have to say as most people are we were tired of car shopping, had a 9 month old with us, and just frustrated. Jeff was refreshing and the opposite of most sales people we have dealt with. He and the manager Bob got us into the car we came in for, didn’t try to up sell us, and most important made the payment fit our family’s budget.
