I recently purchased a new Equinox from Jeff and was very pleased with my whole experience. After visiting numerous dealerships and getting offers were not happy with and salesmen who were rude and didn't know anything about their cars, we visited Elkins Chevrolet where we met Jeff Schor. From the very beginning, Jeff was very welcoming and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and immediately we felt confident and and comfortable with him and the rest of the staff we encountered that day. Jeff was open and honest with us about pricing, and all rebates and offers that were available to us. He took the time to get to know us and what our needs were and what we were looking for in a vehicle. My fiancé and I both felt that Jeff really cares about his customers and his enthusiasm and passion really shone through while he assisted us in purchasing our beautiful new Chevy Silverado. He took the time to explain all the numbers to us and come up with an offer we felt comfortable with. While we were waiting he on numerous occasions offered us beverages or snacks and interacted with us more personally. Jeff really seemed like a genuinely stand up guy and outstanding salesman. He gave us a detailed explanation of how the car and its features worked as well as a tour of the dealership so we would know what to expect when coming in for servicing. From the initial phone contact through the hug goodbye we feel that not only did we buy an awesome truck but also made a friend. Our next point of contact was with Tom the finance manager. Tom was able to have all of our documents ready and allowed us to be driving away in under an hour. Record setting time. Tom also provided a warm and friendly atmosphere and debunked all the myths of the dreaded finance guy. Finally...we had the opportunity to deal with Bob Borman. Bob is honest, fair and keeps his word!! Bob did what ever it took to make the deal happen and went above and beyond.
