After visiting numerous dealerships and getting offers were not happy with and salesmen who were rude and didn't know anything about their cars, we visited Elkins Chevrolet where we met Jeff Schor. From the very beginning, Jeff was very welcoming and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and immediately we felt confident and and comfortable with him and the rest of the staff we encountered that day. Jeff was open and honest with us about pricing, and all rebates and offers that were available to us. He took the time to get to know us and what our needs were and what we were looking for in a vehicle. My fiancé and I both felt that Jeff really cares about his customers and his enthusiasm and passion really shone through while he assisted us in purchasing our beautiful new Chevy Silverado. He took the time to explain all the numbers to us and come up with an offer we felt comfortable with. While we were waiting he on numerous occasions offered us beverages or snacks and interacted with us more personally. Jeff really seemed like a genuinely stand up guy and outstanding salesman. He gave us a detailed explanation of how the car and its features worked as well as a tour of the dealership so we would know what to expect when coming in for servicing. Tom was able to have all of our documents ready and allowed us to be driving away in under an hour. Record setting time. We passed by the dealership on our way to our daughter's school event. We had been to a dealership up in Monmouth county where we live but weren't happy with the service or selection. We called Elkins to to see if they had any remaining 2013 Suburbans.We were connected quickly to sales, and although the salesman answering the phone couldn't help us, we received a call back from Jeff within just a few minutes. He told us what he had in stock, and right off told us the best price he could sell the vehicle for. We visited the dealership a few hours later, and Jeff showed us the vehicle. It was just what we wanted, and it was great to know that he had given us his best price from the start. There was no playing games, no back and forth with the manager, nothing like we had experienced at other dealerships. Jeff went out of his way to find us every rebate he could, even using our Costco card to help us save money. The dealership was clean, family friendly, and even let us bring our dog in for a treat. Overall, it was a great experience, and we really appreciate Jeff's hard work. More
