My one disappointment was having to replace the missing drivers manual as well as a second key ourselves. In my opinion the dealer should provide those items to sell a “complete “preowned vehicle. DISHONEST. AVOID AT ALL COST Purchased a used 2017 WRX with 16,500 miles in August 2018. Now with 22,300 miles, I had new all season tires installed. The tire shop found a bent wh Purchased a used 2017 WRX with 16,500 miles in August 2018. Now with 22,300 miles, I had new all season tires installed. The tire shop found a bent wheel and bearing damage that was barely noticeable but I reported an odd humming noise at 50mph so I requested they investigated. After they gave me the results, I called the shop manager Jeff who told me that because the car passed state inspection at the time (which was at 15,500 miles, 1000 miles prior to purchase) there’s nothing they can do. So because either their inspector missed the minor bend in the wheel, or it hit a curb in the interim period, I’m left to eat the cost. Now I understand why he didn’t offer me a test drive prior to purchase. Do yourself a favor and avoid these dishonest money scavengers. More

I have nothing to gain by writing this review BUT after my experience last night and today I'm compelled to share my experience. We had gone to other dealerships and no one would take the time to work with us. Our situation wasn't the best because we had a lot of negative equity in our trade BUT the professionals at Koons made it happen. We were there late last night and I didn't think it was going to happen but to my surprise my phone rang before 10 am and it was the finance manager. He told me my salesman and finance person explained my situation and he said he was going to call the banks to see what he could do. Within 45 minutes he called me back and we had a deal. They took the time to make it happen and I can't thank them enough. Damien Lacks was our salesman and I must say he was truly amazing. Thank you Damien Lacks and thank you to Jeff Schuette in the finance department for making it happen. I'd recommend you both to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Bob was knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough at helping us find the model with the accessories that we wanted. Bob was able to track down the model we wanted at the Toytota factory in San Antonio. The truck was delivered promptly and was exactly what we dreamed of. In addition, Koons was able to accommodate the financing requirements of our credit union and enabled us to secure a great overall deal on our truck compared to other dealerships we surveyed during the buying process. I was very impressed with the buyer experience at Koons and I am sure that we'll return to buy vehicles from Bob Erwin & Koons in the future. More
