Honda Ames should’ve taken care of that situation at that time. It was a waste of time to drive 30 miles there and back home without a solution. It is unbelievable that the service advisor, Jeff, said my vehicle does not need an alignment. Simply just driving it, I know it has an alignment issue because the vehicle pulls to the right. Please have the technicians and service advisor trained/educated so this does not happen to someone else. It was so unsafe to drive my vehicle that keeps pulling to the right yet they denied it did and wouldn’t do the alignment. In the end, I went to Smart Honda Des Moines and they thoroughly inspected my vehicle, drove it, and claimed that yes, it did an alignment. Smart Honda of Des Moines took care of it for me not Honda Ames. Very disappointed with the staff I worked with at Honda of Ames.
