I really appreciated the thorough check on my 2010 Honda ridgeline. As well as the advice and assurance given to me about keeping my truck. Jeff at Honda of Ames was the initial person who helped me. And there were 2 other gentlemen who assisted me on 2 other occasions. Honda employees make me feel comfortable and I feel that they are honest about my needs. It is a fact that some service departments will take advantage trying to overcharge, and perhaps do things that are not completely necessary. I did not feel that way about Honda Of Ames. Thank you! Lifesavers! I was in Iowa for services for two family members and had my coat disappear with my van keys in it. It never surfaced and this dealership took care o I was in Iowa for services for two family members and had my coat disappear with my van keys in it.
