Dealing with them for 9 weeks right now. Broken struts, motor mounts are bad, and both tie rods are so bad that it is dangerous to drive! Was told by Collision center to get a lawyer. Hyundai of Fort Myers keeps blowing me off. Here is the kicker, I've had a stroke and cancer treatments over the last 10 years, so I audio record everything to make sure my brain keeps up. It's really funny how on audio going over the finance of what I showed and told them I make and what was on the paperwork that I didn't catch until this week at an auto fraud lawyer, dont match up! The submitted paperwork 3x what I make in order to sell me a wrecked vehicle!! That is now bank fraud, title fraud and endangerment and anything else the lawyer finds. They have 1 more chance come Monday to remedy and make things right before I push thru with the lawyer! I caution everyone to stay away from this dealership. They are shady! Update: Fixed the window crap, half xxxxx the doors because of course they can't line them up on a twisted frame. 4 more days of doing nothing to fix anything. Said they checked the frame. Salesman test drive admits he is NOT a mechanic and diagnosed it as fine. And didn't actually have it checked! How is a Salesman going to diagnose the issues if not a mechanic?? 72 hours of video from inside the van shows they never even put it on a framing machine or checked the safety issues and broken tie rods, motor mounts ect... caused by the wreck he admitted happened but not on the carfax, but not his problem. More lies! Claims "as is" crap on an overpriced wrecked vehicle that was not properly inspected and sold to a customer with at least $3000 worth of damage. Not including the frame issue! I would highly recommend anyone buying a vehicle from here to be cautious of unethical and fraudulent practices! Look up the Dec 5th lawsuit against Morgan Auto Group on a whistle blower on financial fraud practices. More
