Awesome! Knowledgeable and more interested in what’s right for the customer rather than just making a sale. Since 2014 I’ve purchased a 2014 Kia Sedona EX (van), a 2016 Kia Sedona EX (van), a 2016 Kia S right for the customer rather than just making a sale. Since 2014 I’ve purchased a 2014 Kia Sedona EX (van), a 2016 Kia Sedona EX (van), a 2016 Kia Soul Exclaim, a 2019 Kia Optima Ex and a 2020 Kia Sedona EX (van). All purchased with the help of Greg, save the first vehicle because he was busy at the time and a former salesperson helped us. Amanda in finance is a Godsend as well as is the entire sales staff, service department staff and body shop staff ( when my octogenarian Mother scraped up the fenders at a pharmacy drive through. As long as we keep driving and as long as Regal Kia and Greg Schmidt keep on selling Kia’s, I don’t plan to ever do business with anyone else when it comes to buying new cars. I’m sure I’m not the only customer that feels this way about Greg, Amanda and Regal Kia! Thanks to everyone who participated before and behind the scenes who always seems to make us feel like family and makes our business dealings sail through with no problem at all! More

They always seem to get me in and fix the problem without extra things that is not needed. If there were any other issue they would notify me before the repair. UPDATE. OK so after we post this about our terrible experience of trying to get something fixed on our brand new vehicle the service manager Jeffery responds to us in an e-mail the next day and I expla experience of trying to get something fixed on our brand new vehicle the service manager Jeffery responds to us in an e-mail the next day and I explain everything in detail in the message. Well the next day which was January 17 he had another service worker named Jorge call us and he said that Jeffery told him to take care of the issues we are having, Jorge said he would get back with me on an appointment time and day. I told him I may be out of town for a couple of days so I gave him my wife’s phone number also so he would be able to reach one of us. I promise you this is not a made up story and all we would like is to have a stain on one of the back headrest cleaned and a small chip above the drivers door fixed which was on the car when we bought it and told it would be fixed. Yesterday was three weeks from when Jorge called me and said he would get with the service manager Jeffery and get back with me to give me an appointment time. We have been very patient with this issue and what should have been a great experience buying a new vehicle from Regal Kia has turned into a horrible experience. Think twice before purchasing a vehicle from them and definitely read all the reviews before making a decision. More

Check gas cap door I brought car in for wash, but also had the gas cap door checked. Door was sticking, and this was second time for this issue. Techs checked it and ma I brought car in for wash, but also had the gas cap door checked. Door was sticking, and this was second time for this issue. Techs checked it and made the adjustment to the door. Overall the service was good as it always is. Haven't had a bad experience with Regal service. More
