Jake is great! I have dealt with him several times. He is by far the friendliest salesman I have come across. He also takes his time to address any questions you may have and is upfront and honest. I would like to say that Mr. Canavan goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable with your purchase, making every effort to accommodate your financial needs. He presents himself with professionalism yet is genuinely personable; and along with my sales person Jake, it honestly felt as though I was just buying from a friend or family member like I always have in the past. As a retail manager myself, I notice many things when I enter a business; but as we all know, customer service is the foundation of any successful establishment. I wish to personally thank Mr. Canavan for taking that extra step in further providing that both my visit and car buying experience was both hassle-free and pleasurable.
