Chris, We regret the inconvenience you experienced. Wayne feels the issue was complicated because it was so intermittent but we hope that this latest fix should eliminate the problem. Please know that we will continue to work with you, should it be necessary, to make sure you are completely happy. Regarding the situation with Jeff, he was under the impression that any recalls or service issues with the vehicle had been resolved. We believe we had a miscommunication between departments, which we have worked to resolve, that caused this error. Sales and service can sometimes become too compartmentalized and your situation highlighted that issue. We have stressed with all our staff to take ownership of any customer request or problem—no matter where it may originate, so that it can be resolved as quickly and easily as possible. Chris, we are sorry that this experience has marred your enjoyment of your new vehicle but we would like to thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. The only way we can improve our service is to know where we are falling short. Your comments will be instrumental in helping us improve our communication and problem solving.
