Service recall and engine adjustment I had what it sounded to be a lifter knock and needed a recall taken care of. They got me in quick, Everyone whom I spoke with was friendly. Went in for 1 & ended up purchasing 2 Excellent product. Excellent staff in every department. Professional, knowledgable, and accommodating. Purchase of 2015 sportage I came into the dealership with the purpose of finding a car for my husband but ended up buying my car before he even decided on his! Made it very easy to make a big purchase I had owned a Kia Spectra for nearly 10 years before I started to look at replacing my vehicle. I test drove a 2015 Kia Forte5 and wanted to get the I had owned a Kia Spectra for nearly 10 years before I started to look at replacing my vehicle. I test drove a 2015 Kia Forte5 and wanted to get the car if the financing was feasible. Jeff gave me a superb experience buying this car... I took it out on Wednesday and went through the preliminary paperwork on Thursday before picking it up on Saturday morning. The entire process was painless and transparent, and Jeff was (and still is) willing to help with any questions. Everything was at my own pace, and I will definitely tell anyone looking for a vehicle to check out the Danbury Kia dealership and Jeff in particular. Can't wait to drive this Kia for another 10+ years! More
