I test drove a 2015 Kia Forte5 and wanted to get the car if the financing was feasible. Jeff gave me a superb experience buying this car... I took it out on Wednesday and went through the preliminary paperwork on Thursday before picking it up on Saturday morning. The entire process was painless and transparent, and Jeff was (and still is) willing to help with any questions. Kia of Danbury made buying a car for the first time easy! I'm a 25yr old single mom and I dreaded the process of buying a car. Honestly I put this off for as long as I could. I dreaded getting a "shark" sales person, and a terribly expensive car payment. I didn't think this would turn out well. I researched dealers in my area and Kia of Danbury had the best reviewes. I brought my mother and my son for moral support. As soon as we walked into the lot, Jeff came up to us and offered his help. He was very easy going payed back. I test drove a few cars and when it came to the moment of truth. He worked with my budget and along with the help of Dave, I got something better than I expected at exactly the price I wanted to pay.
