The shop called and said that it was completed and was just being cleaned. But, it was another six days before I was allowed to pick it up. Come to find out there was a part that they were waiting for. Bu just being cleaned. But, it was another six days before I was allowed to pick it up. we have used Bud Clary before on our small school buses. We took our '13 ats to them with a intermittent turbo underboost check engine light. They replaced a coil pack and were adamant that was the problem. A week or so later during warmer weather that same co underboost check engine light. They replaced a coil pack and were adamant that was the problem. A week or so later during warmer weather that same code came back. At this point im hesitant to take it back as I feel they didn't fully understand or listen to the problem. We also had a service contract and Information had to be relayed to them a specific way, which I believe they did not do in order for the contract to not cover any of the costs. They did fix a couple issues and that work im ok with, but the original gripe still remains and im not paying another diagnostic fee for them to just throw parts at it that I have to pay for. More
