Took two months to receive new plates and registration costing me two trips in line at DMV and pay for permits just to be able to drive the vehicle.they way over charged for registration fees claiming tha costing me two trips in line at DMV and pay for permits just to be able to drive the vehicle.they way over charged for registration fees claiming that DMV would reimburse the difference. This is not true, as I felt when I was told this. It does not cost 700.00 for these fees. I spoke with DMV and they said they have never heard of such a thing. The service department on the other hand is poorly lacking in communication and customer service. When my 2026 Traverse was towed to the dealership there was no communication to me that it had arrived, an estimated timeframe for when they would be able to get to check it out or to even see if I needed a loaner vehicle. It was only after I reached out later in the day that I was notified that they didn’t know when they would get to it and when I asked about a loaner vehicle, it was communicated to me that they only had a limited amount of loaner vehicles and they weren’t willing to give one out. Poor communication, poor customer service! More
