My name is Jeff Staver and I have been in the auto industry for 19 years. The last 11 years have been spent at this Subaru dealership. I love Subaru vehicles. I've owned 5 total. The first one being a 1979 GL coupe. I will do everything I can to help my customers find the right car and make it affordable. I want to exceed my customers expectations in every way. For example, I drove an hour away to pick up my customer and bring them to the dealership so they could drive away in their new Subaru. Outside the dealership I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 children, golfing, and horseback riding.

The Best Car Buying Experience! We had an amazing buying experience in March of this year when we bought a 2015 Certified used Crosstrek V for our daughter. When the time came to fin We had an amazing buying experience in March of this year when we bought a 2015 Certified used Crosstrek V for our daughter. When the time came to finally trade in my 2005 Legacy, I knew there was only one place I would look for my new car. On Sunday morning, I started looking, not intending to buy right away, but just to see what type of inventory was out there. I was thrilled when I found a low mileage red Legacy Limited on the website. My first, and only new Legacy Ltd was red and I LOVED that car! It was fate! I inquired online if it was still in stock and received a call early Monday morning to schedule a test drive. I still had no intention of purchasing right away as my car was adequate, but doing home care and having family out of state, I knew it was nearing the time for a newer car. As was the case the first time, Jeff Staver is an amazing sales person and less than 12 hours later, I came home with my beautiful red Legacy Ltd with more bells and whistles than I dreamed of. I do home care, so my car is not only a mode of transportation, but is my office and the place where I spend a great portion of my day. I am thrilled with my car and once again with the treatment from Jeff and the Ciocca staff! I cannot wait to pay these two cars off, so Jeff can sell us an Ascent for my husband. Dishonest selling practises. I have purchased 2017 Crosstrek from the dealer at the price they advertised. I was told there was no room for negotiation which I accepted. 5 hours a I have purchased 2017 Crosstrek from the dealer at the price they advertised. I was told there was no room for negotiation which I accepted. 5 hours after I came home I am getting email from the sales guy I have got the car from that the car got discounted $491!!!! Sales manager gave me a lame excuse it was an internal mistake. Menawhile this car that I have purchased is posted on Ciocca Subaru website with lowered price! I took some screen shots and emailed them to the sales guy I worked with. Obviously contract cannot be changed and I did not even expected that! I wanted to get $491 parts/accessories credit which I was refused. I was also told nothing can be done! Very bad experience!!! Jeff and Tina get 5 stars but Sean - sales manager gets 0 I will be contacting owner Greg Ciocca to have the difference returned to me as a accessories credit. More

Love my Subaru Legacy Sport! I bought an ice silver 2018 Legacy Sport, replacing a 2011 Legacy Limited. I love the new model, with its improved handling and electronics. I especially appreciate the Eyesight safety features. Having done my research and knowing the Legacy Sport was the model I wanted, coming back to Ciocca Subaru and my favorite salesman, Jeff Staver, was an easy choice. I was very pleased with negotiation process on cost and add-ons, and feel that I received an honest and very fair deal. This is the fourth car my family bought from Ciocca Subaru in the past two years, and the ninth going back to Ciocca's predecessor - that should confirm my very positive feelings about Subaru and Ciocca. More

The sales team has always been friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work hard to get the best deal for us. Recently I took my 2015 Legacy (98,500 miles) into the service department because there was a loud noise/rattle when starting. The service department found a crack in the catalytic convertor. Harley (my service rep) explained that Subaru of America warranty for this part is 8 years or 80,000 miles. Harley told me that she called Subaru of America and explained the situation and they agreed to fix the car at no charge. This is not the first time this dealership has stepped up to support us as a customer. Thank you. More

He listened to my needs and helped me find the car that was right for me, without trying to upsell me, Other staff at the dealership were very professional and customer-oriented, and several managers came out to introduce themselves. Luke Freitas guided me through all the paperwork, and explained everything clearly. I also worked with Alyssa Bragg, who was excellent in teaching me the intricacies of the car, helped me set up my phone and was patient in clarifying things for me. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had, and i will certainly recommend them to others and go back to them myself. More
