My story begins on May,16, 2021 with the EXCELLENT service I received from the Ciocca Service Department. Mike Saraceni and the Ciocca mechanics were able to detect and correct an obscure problem with service I received from the Ciocca Service Department. Mike Saraceni and the Ciocca mechanics were able to detect and correct an obscure problem with the EyeSight system in my 2018 Legacy. This obscure issue went undetected for months by my prior Subaru dealership. Mike's Team also alerted me to additional preventive maintenance that should have been performed but was overlooked by my prior Subaru dealership. To alleviate any concerns, Mike sent me videos of my car being serviced as verification that the work was being performed. My prior dealership is now my former dealership. While Service repaired my Legacy, I was provided a loaner Outback free of charge. I fell in love with the car. When service on my Legacy was completed, I returned the Outback and told Mike I would definitely be back to purchase an Outback with Ciocca. On June 5, 2021, I contacted Ciocca and spoke with Samantha Fedele, Internet Sales Specialist/Leasing Concierge. I told her I was interested in trading in my Legacy for an Outback and provided her with my must-haves regarding options/features. Samantha went right to work. That same day, I received an email from her with two vehicles that met my requirements, and also included the financing options. On June 7, 2021, I made an appointment to look at the vehicles, and purchased one of them on the very same day. There were absolutely NO surprises. The finance options were as indicated in her email, and I selected the best option for my budget. Dan Berry, Finance Manager, streamlined the whole process and made it effortless ... and painless. I was impressed how quickly the entire process took. Jeff Staver, Sales Specialist, took the time to go over each and every safety feature with me; including the navigation system. He instructed me which applications to download from the Google Play Store which allowed me to program my car remotely from my cell phone. How cool is that! Jeff did NOT hurry through the process; he stated it takes as much time as it takes. He wanted me to feel confident with the cars safety features before I drove off the lot. I have been purchasing cars for over 40 years and have never received this level of care. EXTRAORDINARY sums up my total experience at Ciocca Subaru. If asked to rate this dealership on a scale of 1-10, I would give them an 11. More

I’m very young, and I got my first brand new car here! I had a Subaru prior to the one I have now, but I’m a lot happier now with my brand new car. Not only that, but the team at Ciocca are amazing people t had a Subaru prior to the one I have now, but I’m a lot happier now with my brand new car. Best price in Eastern Pa/Western NJ I was looking for new Forester and decided to price compare with 8 Subaru dealerships. This was during the Covid-19 crisis so I had to do everything o I was looking for new Forester and decided to price compare with 8 Subaru dealerships. This was during the Covid-19 crisis so I had to do everything on-line and by phone. I give the same specs to each dealership and Ciocca beat the others ones from a low of $800 to high of $2500 difference for the same make and model. I negotiated the O.D.P, includes sales tax, document fees, taxes, etc. When I went to the dealer to test drive, they did not try to renegotiate, as many dealers do, and stuck to their original price.Completed transaction online and later that same day drove my new car home. It is hard to find a dealership that doesn't play games with price, however this is one! More

I dealt with Mr. Staver multiple times in the past, and have purchased 3 other Subarus back when the dealership was owned by Becker. We became friends and I had his personal cell phone number. At the time when I was so anxious to buy the '20 Sport, most of the Ciocca staff was not working due to the Corona Virus lock down. Despite all of those difficulties, Jeff and Mo made it happen for me! The whole process took 45 minutes over the Zoom meeting and I was set with spanking clean and waxed Forester. Honestly, if not for Jeff's excellent, family-like approach as well as Mo's knowledge of financial side, I would not purchase that Subaru. I have already been working on Lexus UX deal but people at Lexus, let's just say were not up to my expectations. I really wish there were more honest, knowledgeable, and experienced in the industry dealers, like Mr. Staver and Mo out there. When I think or hear Ciocca Subaru, I see Jeff and Mo excellent contribution that I hope will be recognized by the management and peers! Guys - you are awesome and because of you buying new car is a pleasant experience. You have my greatest and sincere recommendation for years to come! The sales (Jeff), finance (Mo) and customer service (Jenna) staff were not only courteous but honest as well. There was no undo pressure placed on me to purchase a vehicle and a genuine effort to meet my needs and answer all my questions. I was very satisfied with the “ deal “ we negotiated and the speed in completing all the paper work.
