My name is Jeff Staver and I have been in the auto industry for 19 years. The last 11 years have been spent at this Subaru dealership. I love Subaru vehicles. I've owned 5 total. The first one being a 1979 GL coupe. I will do everything I can to help my customers find the right car and make it affordable. I want to exceed my customers expectations in every way. For example, I drove an hour away to pick up my customer and bring them to the dealership so they could drive away in their new Subaru. Outside the dealership I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 children, golfing, and horseback riding.

We really were impressed by the 2018 Crosstrek when we initially test drove the vehicle in September 2017 and knew we wanted one. The only question was whether or not Ciocca would do better on our second visit. I can truly say that they redeemed themselves. They matched the offer of the other local dealership and offered a much more reasonable price for our trade. They found a car with our specifications since the one they had inbound would not arrive until next month. They had it ready for delivery 2 days later. The delivery experience was smooth as well. Thanks to our salesman, Jeff Staver, and to the finance manager, Tiree Eure, everything went fairly quickly. The only hiccup was that I overpaid $500 (the deposit was not included on the final bill of sale). I didn’t notice it until I was home and reviewing all the paperwork. A phone call to the dealership had that money quickly refunded. More

Great Buying Experience After considerable research for a SUV/wagon for more cargo/hauling etc, a Subaru seemed to be the best choice. I was torn between the Acura MDX, Lexus After considerable research for a SUV/wagon for more cargo/hauling etc, a Subaru seemed to be the best choice. I was torn between the Acura MDX, Lexus RX, RAV4 and CRV: but I chose the Subaru Outback Limited (4 cyl) with everything based on overall performance, safety, and resale value. I requested a best price quote online and within the hour Nicole responded with a price that easily beat the usual online target prices. She followed up with a call, test drive invite and I only asked for salesman Jeff Starver based on his Subaru ownership and experience. A test drive with Jeff addressing any questions or doubts about a switch from a higher end car to a Subaru Outback was very helpful. The car’s performance and handling was better than I ever expected. Jeff was straight-forward and knowledgeable, and never any pressure. The decision to buy the actual car I test drove was made during this time. A buyer should do the homework and know the best buy and trade-in prices. Ciocca uses the low-ball KBB “Instant-Cash-Offer” as a trade-in offer. With this offer and consideration of the low quote for the new car, buyer and dealer should be able to agree on an out-of-pocket drive home price. Bottom line: Jeff was great, Nicole was great, management did its “thing,” and the Outback is a great car. More

When I made the final decision to purchase I couldn't have been happier to have such a great team of people all at one dealership! I picked up my car today and Jeff took the time to help me with everything on the panel including blue tooth. I hadn't purchased a brand new vehicle since 1992 and I am very happy that Jeff Staver was at Ciocca Subaru to guide me through this process. Jeff was very kind, courteous, patient & knowledgeable. Our Sales Consultant, Jeff Staver, was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Jeff has an impressive knowledge of the Subaru product line and of the Outback in particular. He worked with us in outlining the features, working through the purchase and financing process and final delivery. As appropriate, Jeff brought in colleagues to assist in the process, but we always felt we were treated with respect and that he was managing the process in entirety and that we were not “handed off”. Steve Parr, who sold my husband his first Subaru last year introduced me to Jeff Staver. Jeff was extremely easy to work with and went the extra distance to find the exact model I wanted.
