Several reasons I always select Lima Auto Mall for service work is because of their openness and honesty, the wife's Enclave was in for a LOF and tire Several reasons I always select Lima Auto Mall for service work is because of their openness and honesty, the wife's Enclave was in for a LOF and tire rotation...in the process they noticed the tires had a lot of "dry rot" appearing, Gerald informed me of this potential hazard with the tires. Gerald is now working on getting best prices for me and when March tire sales will be offered. Old Silverado Needed Rehabilitation Jeff Taylor took charge of an initial brakes problem. One thing led to another. Truck was purchased new from this dealership 22 years ago. It has li Jeff Taylor took charge of an initial brakes problem. One thing led to another. Truck was purchased new from this dealership 22 years ago. It has limited duties these days but performs them well for my wife (titled owner) when everything is working acceptably. Jeff worked with an experienced mechanic (Donnie) who provided both good diagnosis and good actual repair. In the end, the truck was back in fine operating order and ready for my wife to use sparingly in the local area for the foreseeable future.
