Raymond Montes went above and beyond. From greeting me to setting up a test drive, all the way through to the 'build' of the model I wanted. He helped me understand which accessories would be of use to me, and which probably would not. He explained each part of the overall process, and kept me informed. He was brilliant in his notification that my vehicle had arrived by texting me photos. I was delighted to have that as the 'announcement.' He walked me through all the procedures and introduced me to the service head who set up my first maintenance appointment. He took me through the accessories on the car that he knew would be different from the other Subarus I had owned. I left the dealership confident that my new car was exactly what I had wanted. More

My son and I went there to get us a new car over the weekend and I was pretty nervous knowing how car dealerships can be sometimes. I got the pleasure of working with Pam and she was amazing!! I think we got there around 1130 and we were out by 3 o clock on a Saturday with our old car traded and driving off the lot in our new cross strek! She was so patient and really put me at east through the whole process. She really worked hard to make my deal work for me and she genuinely cared about our situation. When I went to Garcia Subaru North, I never expected to laugh while buying a car. However, Pamela Razo has such a great sense of humor.
