I drive straight there and was greeted with a warm "authentic" smile and immediately matched with a salesman Jeff Twiggs. I specifically asked Jeff to handle the trade-in and approval process before driving the vehicle. My requests are unorthodox I'm sure, but he honored my request without question. I was in and out the door with my beautiful Mercedes within a couple of hours. Absolutely NO pressure from anyone. Instead, I was relaxed and actually enjoyed the process.... right down to the moment I signed the dotted line with Sharon Thompson. Ms. Thompson not only handled my closing, but took the time to thoroughly explain additional services that were available to me. She never once made me feel pressured, but instead highlighted the benefits that I may find appealing and in one situation was down right necessary. I found this dealer fro Mr. Kyle Edson and his colleagues at the RBM Alpharetta made my purchase of our first Mercedes a totally enjoyable experience. I found this dealer from the Costco Auto program website and it is the only Mercedes dealer in the greater Atlanta area that participates in the Costco program which comes with great savings not only when buying the vehicle but also future maintenance services. Kyle is definitely the best car salesman I have worked with. He is professional, knowledgeable, very patient and considerate. Unlike many sales people who try to sell you things at the highest possible prices they can get, Kyle is a very good listener and helped me get a wonderful car at a very good price. I really appreciated that he drove more than 25 min to give me a ride to the dealership on the day to close the deal. I should also mention that Mr. Jeff Twiggs is another great person to work with in RBM. He is also professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly to work with. I am also thankful for their Elisabeth Sexton - she was the "delivery" person who walked me through all the operating and technology systems in the car and definitely made the delivery a pleasant experience. Finally it was nice chatting with the RBM manager, who came to say hi before the delivery and gave me a very useful present - an umbrella with Mercedes logo. I would definitely come back when we need to buy another car and will recommend to our friends too. More
