They are always courteous and I bought my car, a 2013 Prius, at this dealership. It was a pleasure from beginning to end. I have my car serviced here. They are always courteous and helpful. I am techno-challenged, and they cheerfully help me with radio and phone issues whenever I stop by. I recently needed body work and they told me it would be 5-6 days, and were finished in 3 1/2. My car was immaculate, inside and out. That night I noticed the interior passenger door handle was broken. I went back the next day and they fixed it, with a smile and kindness, while I waited. It took a while to get it completed but they were slammed (no pun intended) with work to say the least. Jeff's an MVP for that place, sincere and cares about his customers satisfaction. Jeff's amazing crew is second to none, they know their stuff and do high-quality work. My Hyundai had a noise after the work was completed (the cleaner noticed it and said something!!) and even though Jeff knew I was upset from it taking so long, he would not let the car go until his crew took a look at it again. I'm ultimately glad he made that call. He went above and beyond to satisfy me and in the end I'm glad I made the choice to take it there. Thank you Jeff and thank you Lou Fusz Toyota Collision crew, you're all heroes in my eyes. More

Extra Helpful I visited 2 auto body supply stores and they didn't have the touch up paint I needed. Jeff Venetis mixed the correct color of paint for my car and he I visited 2 auto body supply stores and they didn't have the touch up paint I needed. Jeff Venetis mixed the correct color of paint for my car and he even touched up the needed spots . He explained how to use the paint if I needed to use it again in the future. Also he buffed away a scuff that I thought needed touch up but it did not. He went over and above what I expected. More

Great Auto Body Work I bought my 2015 Camry from Lou Fusz less than a year ago and already it's been hit THREE times and required extensive body work. I have dealt with all four of the Collision Center staff and have found each of them to be courteous, efficient, and very helpful. The work done at their auto body repair facility has been excellent and it was done in a timely manner. I could not be happier with the folks at the Collision Center but would prefer to not see them again, unless it's at lunch!!! More

Wonderful experience with the collision center! This review is for the collision center specifically. Wow! I could not have been more impressed with Lou Fusz Collision. My 2013 Scion FR-S sustai This review is for the collision center specifically. Wow! I could not have been more impressed with Lou Fusz Collision. My 2013 Scion FR-S sustained hail damage in Colorado last month and I heard good things about this collision center so I came here first. Jeff Venetis, the manager of the collision center, was superb. I met Jeff on the first day I brought the car in for an estimate. He met with me right away, pulled my car into the garage and had one of his technicians evaluate the damage and come up with an estimate. I made an appointment and dropped the car off a few days later. My vehicle was in the shop for almost a week and a half. During that time, they replaced and repainted the hood, and did PDR for the hail damage to the roof, trunk, and fenders. I also had them do an extra job for me of replacing the front bumper cover due to an unrelated accident. Jeff was there the morning I picked it up to look it over and make sure I was happy. It looked great! I was thrilled. A few days later, I noticed a small gap between the bumper cover and the left headlight. It looked like it needed to be pushed in further in order to fit just under the headlight. I gave Jeff a call and he did not hesitate to offer to take a look. This morning I took the car in and he pulled the car into the garage right away. He and one of his technicians took a look and ended up repositioning the left headlight that was apparently pointed downward and needed to be adjusted in order for the front bumper cover to fit appropriately. This whole process took less than 15 minutes. Jeff made this entire experience a lot less stressful and was wonderful to work with. This whole thing could have been a huge hassle, but he made it quick and painless. I appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and fantastic customer service. I hope I won't need a collision center again anytime soon, but if I do I will be back to Lou Fusz! More
