We were in an unavoidable head on auto collision with our 2017 Highlander. We had our car towed to the Lou Fusz Toyota Collision Center. Steve Sage at the Collision Center managed this process well. We needed information about our current value of our 2017 Highlander, which was totaled. Nancy's information provided us as a third-party claimant with information to provide an accurate value of the 2017 Highlander, which was helpful in the negotiation with the insurance company. She informed us of 2023 Highlanders, which became available over the weeks without a car. This ended with the purchase of a beautiful 2023 Highlander. Our third one! Thank you Steve and Nancy for all your help and care through the entire process. More

I have only dealt with the Service Department for a mere 20 years. After 350,000 miles, it was time to retire the 4Runner, hunt for new wheels. Listens to your needs, is willing to work with you to find the right vehicle, and makes everything incredibly simple & straight-forward. John in financing was just as helpful. He coordinated with our credit union which we obtained our pre-approval - eliminating any hassle at closing. Has to be the simplest car-buying experience we've ever had!.
