For starters, my wife & I were greeted at the door by Jeff Vicari, he asked if we had an appointment and we didn’t. Jeff gave us the number to call to make an immediate appointment. A guy named Levi met Jeff Vicari, he asked if we had an appointment and we didn’t. Jeff gave us the number to call to make an immediate appointment. A guy named Levi met us & asked if we were here to buy. I said I’m not sure yet but definitely going to look at 2 trucks. At that moment Levi dismissed us to sit in a chair & be waited on by someone. Jeff Vicari walked in about 5 minutes later & asked if Levi was taking care of us & we said “ not at all “. Jeff being very professional said he’d be right with us and he was. He was very thorough & upfront with us & a very kind & courteous salesman. Answered all our questions and concerns & I was very happy he was the salesman who helped us. Jeff sent us to Mark in fiancé who was just as nice, thorough & we felt very comfortable with everything he said & explained. Bottom line is I had my BEST experience buying a truck at Gary Lang in no small part by these 2 gentlemen. Thanks a ton guys!! More
