The people at Rusty Wallis do their due diligence of negotiating with a customer, but the experience is not as hostile or unpleasant as you may have been through in other places. They're upfront, honest, and willing to work with you with a smile. They showed me data to prove that their online prices are hard to beat by their competitors. Everyone was professional and because they believe in the effectiveness of word-of-mouth recommendations of their business, they are not going to let you leave with a bitter taste of their establishment. Incidentally, i love my certified pre-owned jetta TDI that i got from Rusty Wallis. More

I've been looking for quite a while, and Rey Castillo has been working with me for a solid month. He's incredibly patient, and eager to find you a car that you can feel good about buying. I'm incredibly picky, and Rey gladly showed me several different models, and helped explore all the options before settling on the Jetta Hybrid. Wonderful car!
