Great customer service! I’ve been in the market for a Honda for the past six months. Roush exceeded my expectations by beating other dealerships and helping me avoid the runaround for a great deal. Jeff Ward was kind and attentive and made sure I got exactly what I wanted in a CRV EX. Linda was thorough and expedited the paper work process. I love my new Honda and look forward to returning to Roush with Jeff and Linda for my next vehicle! P.S. Customer For Life! When my elderly in-laws needed a new car, we went to a Honda dealer on the west side of Columbus and was very quickly put off by the high-pressure app When my elderly in-laws needed a new car, we went to a Honda dealer on the west side of Columbus and was very quickly put off by the high-pressure approach and obvious effort to upsell us, when we just needed a very basic vehicle for a couple who don't drive often, and only around town when they do. I contacted Roush Honda after visiting the other dealer and was connected to Salesperson Jeff Ward. What a refreshing experience! Coming from the automotive business myself, I had no idea that this level of focused attention to customer satisfaction still existed! There was no pressure and I suspect now, that it was because of the philosophy and approach that is encouraged at Roush. I was especially touched when Sales Consultant Spyros Tabone was showing me the features of the newly purchased Civic. As we sat in the car talking, he told me about how he came to be employed by Roush and the philosophy that is promoted there. Done! What's the opposite of "Buyers remorse"? Another Happy customer! Buying a new vehicle can be a little overwhelming and I was nervous to say the least. I wanted to make sure I was buying a vehicle that I would love n Buying a new vehicle can be a little overwhelming and I was nervous to say the least. I wanted to make sure I was buying a vehicle that I would love not just at the dealership, but for a few years to come. I wanted to know i was getting all the e things i loved at a fair price i could afford. Jeff was nothing short of awesome! He helped me understand all the technical parts to the vehicles I was trying to decide between and the differences between the 2. He was so laid back, answered all my questions and made me feel like a long time friend he hadn't seen in a while. As soon as I picked the car that I was inte My experience with Roush Honda dealer was over my expectations from before I sat foot into there showroom. As soon as I picked the car that I was interested in from the website, the staff called me right away to schedule an appointment. During my first visit I was with Jeff, He was very helpful and explained all I needed to know and gave me a reasonable quote. Unfortunately, at my 2nd visit, Jeff was not around but nonetheless Lee took over for him and the quality, and standards of the dealership were clear to me then, because the treatment and experience was as if the dealer didn't change. Lee was very helpful, friendly, and genuine with both his actions and words. He guided me through all the steps and was very attentive in all parts related to the car. During the financial aspect of my experience I was with Linda. She was very helpful. friendly, and patient with explaining all the legal paperwork. The standards of Roush Honda customer care were amazing in my opinion. Overall my experience at Roush Honda was excellent in all aspect, and it is the perfect dealer for the perfect brand. More
