I've been in the dealership for service on my previous car and they've all been pleasant and easy to work with at those times. This time was no different. I didn't feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable at any time during the purchase process. My sales rep, Jeff Ward, was easy going, listened to my needs and made some good recommendations. Once I test drove and made my decision, Jeff talked me through the process was it was very streamlined. Jeff worked with Finance to get me the lease price I was looking for and the buyout of my previous Honda. Karen Mathews was wonderful to work with in finance and made sure I understood and knew all additional options that were available to me. Once all was complete, they had the car detailed and ready for me to drive off the lot. Jeff showed me all of the features that I was unfamiliar with and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Overall, I would recommend Roush to anyone looking at their options and most of all the wonderful customer service that everyone provided from start to finish.
