My experience buying a new car at Skyline was much better than the internet would lead you to believe buying a car at a dealership could be. I believe my sales associate was Jose, but he is not on the emplo than the internet would lead you to believe buying a car at a dealership could be. I believe my sales associate was Jose, but he is not on the employee list. Most likely cause he was new as he was new to their system. Even so, very helpful. Not pushy at all. Willing to do what was needed to get the deal done. I felt like he was continually running around trying to get the job done rather than keeping me waiting. I do prefer the sales associates to the finance people but Jeff in financing was nice and not overly pushy. He was only seemingly a little off put that I did not want any extra protection. Most people seem to want and need those things, I am just not one of them. Even so, Jeff did not push or get angry. He simply stated his case the best he could and then let it go once I was adamant against it. I do have very little experience with dealerships, but this was my best experience all around. If I had had a smart phone with a game or something the time would literally have flown by. By the way. I got exactly the vehicle I wanted minus the color, I do not like to wait for an order, and minus bed treatment of some kind, I do not think any of their rangers had it in my desired trim and I did not want to spend more any way. Maybe later. thank you Skyline Ford. More

I found a car on marketplace in Salem at Skyline Ford, but I lived in Central Oregon so it was difficult trying to find a time to look at it. I messaged and talked to Austin and he made the whole process but I lived in Central Oregon so it was difficult trying to find a time to look at it.
