I recently had work done on my vehicle, and unfortunately, it sustained damage to a trim piece and the hood. When I inquired about how they would address this issue, they only offered to buff o unfortunately, it sustained damage to a trim piece and the hood. When I inquired about how they would address this issue, they only offered to buff out the scratch on the hood and did not mention replacing the trim. I wasn't informed of any problems until I was leaving the shop. Due to this experience, I will not be returning for service, nor will I consider purchasing another vehicle from this dealership, which is disappointing because the sales team is exceptional. More
