I gave Jeff my budget, told him what I was looking for in a new car, and went on several test drives. He was extremely patient, an exceptional listener, and transparent and direct about what could and couldn’t be negotiated (extremely refreshing). I walked out with a new 2018 Camry SE that I love, because Jeff spent 7 hours of his day working to ensure that I got a vehicle I loved at a price that wouldn’t decimate my budget. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Jeff and with the rest of the dealership staff (including Mathew, one of the managers, and Ken in finance). Thank you so much! More

I had to go back and forth making appointments with him because we are a military family and the schedule is constantly changing, and we were coming in from out of town. He never once acted like it was a problem or that he was getting annoyed with our changes. We had made an appointment and then were unable to make the exact time and showed up late. He had 3 customers at once and even though we had to wait he kept checking on us to make sure we were good and to let us know what was going on. We ended up making an appointment for the next day in hopes that it would be easier on HIM! He was running around so much you could really see he was hustling for his customers, all 3 of them! During our scheduled appointment though he was committed to helping us completely and we never felt like we were being rushed, the day prior none of the 3 he was helping had made their appointment time and we had all shown up right about the same time so it made it difficult for him I’m sure; yet he always had a smile to offer. If you are in the market for a Toyota Jeff is definitely the salesman you want, he’ll bend over backwards for you to help you out and will do it while staying cheerful and not once seeming annoyed! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a car salesman. More

Above and Beyond Not only were Jeff and the "paperwork" folks easy to deal with, they provided service above and beyond any I've ever received form a car dealership. Not only were Jeff and the "paperwork" folks easy to deal with, they provided service above and beyond any I've ever received form a car dealership. The emission certification expired while we were awaiting the DMV to send the new plates. Jeff came to my house, picked up the car, took it to be tested, and the dealership paid the fee, then he returned it washed to my house. This was almost three weeks AFTER I purchased the vehicle.
