I enjoy helping people and making their vehicle buying experience easy with a no pressure approach. Although I have only been in the car business for a short time, I have been in public service all of my professional career. I am a retired Law Enforcement officer from the State of North Carolina where I served for 25 years helping people. When my family and I moved to Tennessee for my wife's career, I decided retirement was not as exciting as I thought it would be. My wife suggested maybe I should sell cars after having done so well selling our 4 cars and a camper prior to moving from North Carolina. I have always enjoyed helping and meeting new people so I decided I would try my hand at car sales. I learned to drive on my Grandfather's Toyota farm truck with over 300,000 miles and I have always loved Toyota from that point on. My Grandmother told me when I was a teenager, "if you enjoy what you do for a living, you will never work a day in your life". I continue to agree!

Best car buying experiance to date This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from this dealership. I was extremely happy with my first purchase however I don't like dealing with car sales This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from this dealership. I was extremely happy with my first purchase however I don't like dealing with car sales people. I met Jeff when my daughter was buying her a 4runner. I like him so much that we decided to trade our car in for one as well. However we were going to wait a few weeks. Well we were in an accident that totaled my Tundra that I loved. So it forced us to buy a new one. I went right back to Jeff and ended up buying two a new Tundra and a new 4Runner. Jeff was want made this possible not pushy and for once I felt like the salesman was on my side. More

The coffee was good Waited a few months for them to resolve some issues before writing this, but still nothing so here goes. First, the buying process is brutally long Waited a few months for them to resolve some issues before writing this, but still nothing so here goes. First, the buying process is brutally longer than it needs to be. Even with pre-filling out most of the credit forms, personal info, etc, we were there several hours (as in 5). Next, they had the wrong VIN on the paperwork so we had to go back to fill it all out again a few weeks later. Do you think they had it all ready and waiting on us since it was their mistake and a major inconvenience? Nope! Lastly, there were 2 LARGE scratches on the passenger door which was discovered when we got home. After being told they would coordinate with the body shop to fix it, we are still waiting (even after calling back to remind them.) Oh, and 2 months later, we still don't have a permanent license plate. I will add that both Jeff and Dallas were very pleasant to work with and Jeff is in the process of helping to resolve the issues above. However, if you have another dealer option that's convenient, and they have the vehicle you want, definitely go there first before heading here. More
