I enjoy helping people and making their vehicle buying experience easy with a no pressure approach. Although I have only been in the car business for a short time, I have been in public service all of my professional career. I am a retired Law Enforcement officer from the State of North Carolina where I served for 25 years helping people. When my family and I moved to Tennessee for my wife's career, I decided retirement was not as exciting as I thought it would be. My wife suggested maybe I should sell cars after having done so well selling our 4 cars and a camper prior to moving from North Carolina. I have always enjoyed helping and meeting new people so I decided I would try my hand at car sales. I learned to drive on my Grandfather's Toyota farm truck with over 300,000 miles and I have always loved Toyota from that point on. My Grandmother told me when I was a teenager, "if you enjoy what you do for a living, you will never work a day in your life". I continue to agree!

New Car Buying Experience The thought of buying a new car had me stressed out until I went to Toyota of Cool Springs and was introduced to their Sales Associate, Jeff Williams. The thought of buying a new car had me stressed out until I went to Toyota of Cool Springs and was introduced to their Sales Associate, Jeff Williams. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and had a no pressure approach that put me at ease and allowed me to focus on the right vehicle for me. With Jeff's help and the information he provided, I purchased a 2019 RAV 4 and credit him for making the experience so much more pleasant than I expected. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Jeff Williams is Excellent!! It was such a pleasure I working in buying a RAV4. I was actually out of town and needed a car because I was having so much trouble wit my Honda van a It was such a pleasure I working in buying a RAV4. I was actually out of town and needed a car because I was having so much trouble wit my Honda van and had been using a rental car for almost a month. My husband working with Jeff but was unsure what car I was ultimately interested. Jeff was so patient with us. What really made me realize we were dealing with someone that was just straight out exceeded all expectations was when he went out on a Thanksgiving EVENING - it was raining! - to switch a hold from one RAV4 to another just because I liked the color better ....do I need to say more - no that’s service. When I finally met him I apologized for him having to go out on Thanksgiving and he just made like it was absolutely nothing. I was so thankful for his effort which allowed us to er a Black Friday deal for the exact car I wanted. I really can’t say enough - thanks Jeff! More
