Jeffrey is an excellent salesman; however, I've never seen a salesman disappear entirely from the sales process. Upon arrival he did great my wife and I showing us the vehicle, went into the showroom an seen a salesman disappear entirely from the sales process. Upon arrival he did great my wife and I showing us the vehicle, went into the showroom and sat down, and then he disappeared only to come back for a minute to let us know that finance will be with us within 15 minutes. Having prior auto sales experience, I've never seen a salesman vanish and not keep in touch with his clients throughout the sale until it is completed which is entirely unprofessional. Another item of mention is the condition of the tires as they will have to be replaced by the next oil change. Normally dealerships will replace them but not yours, again a big disappointment. My wife does love the vehicle as Jeff knows, but his inattentiveness to be the proper salesman leaves a lot to be desired. More
