Dropped the ball Had difficulty reaching service department,issue with phones.Called sales dept to inform them of phone issue,got a couldn't care less attitude. Never Had difficulty reaching service department,issue with phones.Called sales dept to inform them of phone issue,got a couldn't care less attitude. Never received confirmation on one of the vehicles,was having two serviced. Given inaccurate time for completion. Was written up for several immediate must do repairs,yet three months previous,not a single one of these dire repairs were noted at all.Was contemplating a purchase of new vehicle to replace 2006 scion xa.If I do ,may not consider Daytona Toyota,despite the fact that the last 4 vehicles purchased were at this dealership. Not very impressed with this dealership as of late.Hope things get better.The no for recommending dealership was based on most recent visits. More
