He programmed my new car features and even made me comfortably using all the new features. He was vey informative and helped me decide to buy a new suv. Please note: I was there for an oil change and had no interest in buying until he got me to test drive. He is very persuasive in a subtle way that is so welcome in a car salesman. And very respectful with women that encourages purchase but does not intimidate in any way.
