Customer Service has declined. I can never get through to anyone without leaving a message, it takes a a long time to hear back from anyone and texting isn’t used. I’m also disappointed they took away th to anyone without leaving a message, it takes a a long time to hear back from anyone and texting isn’t used. I’m also disappointed they took away the pay over the app feature. That was super convenient. They also mixed up my car and told me one thing then called and said something else and it took 2 days for service. It was a very inconvenient experience. When I went to pick up my van, there was only one person there and it took a very long time. Not happy with this visit at all. I would recommend the service sept/mechanics but the customer service dept. needs to get it together. Also when I called to make my appointment, the lady couldn’t even schedule me because she was working from home. What’s the point of answering the phone then if you can’t help me. Disappointed!! More

The Service dept rep Jeff actually told me he was NOT going to order the part that was needed to fix the issue. This was after I realized that my car was going to have to be brought in again to resolve the issue. The service manager did not even offer me a free oil change for the mistreatment and disrespect I was shown. I have bought 2 cars from route 18 auto and they WILL NIT BE GETTING MY BUSINESS AGAIN The star I gave Jeff is not even deserved but it was the lowest I could give I have never had such a negative experience like this in my 48 years I. I only gave 1 star for the service department. I had an appointment at 10 but it’s 12.24 and I’m still waiting for an oil change and DEF fill up tank. Is waiting 2 hours for those services really worth it? appointment at 10 but it’s 12.24 and I’m still waiting for an oil change and DEF fill up tank. Is waiting 2 hours for those services really worth it?! Not for me. Next time I’ll do my search for a well known service places nearby. Also, every time I go for any service there is always something else to repair or change. I believe we as customer have the right to be told the exact/FINAL amount they will charge you for any repair not just tell you one charge but the total price. The DEF fluid fill in tank costs $170 but the fluid at autozone costs $10 and YouTube has videos of how easy and simple this could be done. Oil change for diesel $190 if you go Valvoline it’s much cheaper and it only takes 15 minutes and you stay in the car and see what they are doing and if this place is next to a carwash you get a free car wash for your truck. Here at rt18 Dodge Ram took 2 hours and 1/2 and they have lazy people that don’t wash their hands because my arm rest was greasy. Now a days we need to watch our pocket and if you have the chance to go another place then do it. Don’t let this dealer rip your money off. And last, the attitude of their representatives is the worst and instead of helping the customers it seems like they get paid more if they make you agree to do more repairs than what you went for in the first place. They will Never tell you about discounts or coupon, I was “lucky” to find a coupon in their website but Jeffrey “service adviser “ wouldn’t even tell me. I understand that prices went up but it is not right what they charged me having a coupon and a 10%off (diesel oil change, replace filters, all def fluid) came up to $600. One more thing I was seating next to a lady and she was told that she needed to change something and it will cost her more than $600 she right away called her husband. They think that because we are women we are stupid and they can take advantage of us! More

My review will be mixed. My vehicle was looked at and someone called me a second time when I asked for explanation as to why I have a jerking motion with my 4x4 and the truck being returned to me without someone called me a second time when I asked for explanation as to why I have a jerking motion with my 4x4 and the truck being returned to me without any repairs and the gentleman gave me a thorough explanation as to why this truck was different than the previous Ram I owned in regard to how this vehicle would drive in 4x4. The service department was very good. I do not want the negative portion of this review to reflect on the individual I dealt with as he was courteous, informative, and professional. My negative portion of this review is in regard to scheduling service. This is a brand new truck. The issues I wanted looked at as soon as possible. I had originally scheduled an appointment on a Saturday. I was called closer to the date that my truck cannot be seen for any possible issues on the weekend and that is only for routine work (oil, changes, tire rotations, etc). This was my first issue. Why can I not have an issue looked at on the weekend? Seems to be a very arbitrary policy. The second issue is that in order to bring my truck in and to get a rental car, I had to wait months. I purchased the truck in November and noticed the issue shortly after. The truck was not seen until February. That by far has to be the worst timeline for any dealership. Another issue I have is when I purchased the vehicle, the tires were setting off the sensor. They needed to be filled. The saleswoman had me back the truck into the service area and it was after six pm so no service was taking place however there were still mechanics present. She proceeds to try to fill my tires uncertain of how the machine worked and over inflated one of the tires. As she was fumbling with the machine visibly unable to correctly use it, not one mechanic came over to assist. Whether on or off the clock, if you see a female saleswomen struggling with filling tires of a brand new truck just purchased, someone should have assisted. Finally when my husband was becoming furious after the tires was being overinflated, he said forget it we will leave end do it ourselves. She then stopped to beg one of the bystanders to assist and he filled the tires and removed air from the overinflated one in a matter of thirty seconds yet we waited twenty minutes for her attempts and then subsequent overinflation needing correction. That was such poor work ethic. I’m a teacher. I’m a firefighter. I’m an EMT. If I see a car accident, I am pulling my truck over to assist. If a car is about to explode in flames, I am ready to jump out of my truck and run to the vehicle to assist. Those are not paid opportunities and more importantly they are life risking ones. When I see people watching someone struggle and standing there not doing anything about it, I find it to be such a poor example of real work ethic and that is a character flaw that will damage the integrity of the service department as a whole. When I asked why the gentlemen present weren’t assisting, the saleswoman said because they are off duty and the service department was closed. No excuse. Especially when it was a female struggling. Even just common decency comes into play in this situation and trust me, I’m a female firefighter so I never play the damsel in distress but this was just purely painful to watch the lack of decency of others. I have my own gripes with the saleswoman, Darlene Keats, as when I encountered issue, she did not respond to any of my emails asking for assistance to expedite my service appointment as I thought it was excessive to wait two months for an appointment to have a brand new truck seen. If the truck had any significant issue, I would have wanted to bring it back before mileage placed on it. No response was ever received. I will probably use this service station again due to proximity. I certainly would hope my honest review would not affect the integrity of the service I would receive in future. More
