I made an appointment for a recall repair dropped of the car, which is a 40 minute round trip, with no loaner car. While it was there I requested the complimentary oil change and tire rotation. They called a few hours later to say you can pickup your car but that you’ll have to bring it back for the recall because we don’t have the part. xxx?! So now my wife and 10 yo are on our way to pickup the car knowing we have to do this again and I have to be without a car on another day... Honestly the service people are great but someone should have known that they didn’t have the part when I made the appointment. More

I unfortunately got a nail in my tire and only had my renagade 4 months. Mike in service took care of me with a new tire and helped me with the jeep credit card to pay for it.
