Brought my car in for a scheduled appt. To fix a issue that required a recall. This was the second time I went to this dealership for a recall. In both cases, I made the appt WEEKS in advan To fix a issue that required a recall. This was the second time I went to this dealership for a recall. In both cases, I made the appt WEEKS in advance and in both cases, was told the required part wasn’t available. I got I’m sorry from the Tech. This is the worst service department I’ve had to deal with! No regard for the time and effort to make arrangements for rides and be without a vehicle for the day. How can you not have parts given the appt was made weeks ahead. I will never go back to The Auburn dealership again and will make sure others are aware as well! Herb Chambers should be ashamed of this place. Please don’t send me an email saying your sorry as you did the first time, you apology means nothing as obviously you did nothing to remedy the issue the first time. Instead, get your dealership to get their act together and have some respect for customers time and effort!!! More
