Whitney is HORRIBLE at customer service. She NEVER returned my texts or calls even after trying to connect with her for several days in a row. Ralston handled himself with integrity, was not aggressively trying to sell us. We test drove a certified used vehicle whose previous owner smoked and he made full disclosure. Brandon assisted wi aggressively trying to sell us. We test drove a certified used vehicle whose previous owner smoked and he made full disclosure. Brandon assisted with other options which met our needs. This was our 5th dealership and our 3rd Infiniti purchased, plus we had also purchase a Pathfinder in the past. Took my truck in to the service department to fix four wheel drive and do a tire rotation well after keeping it a week the four wheel drive wasn’t fixed and they lied about rotating tire because the tire wheel drive and do a tire rotation well after keeping it a week the four wheel drive wasn’t fixed and they lied about rotating tire because the tire I was having a problem with was still in the same position I ended up taking it to the Ford dealership to get it fixed So 300.00 was wasted and I’ll never bring it back to Infiniti again definitely not a honest service department More
