I sat for a very long time for an appt oil change. I was overcharged 100.00 for said oil change. My mileage was in imputed wrong and almost sent to carfax . Had ab appointment at 12:30 for Oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and ended up needing a new tire. I was impressed with the video inspection and updates via phone but would’ve preferred an esti rotation, inspection, and ended up needing a new tire. I was impressed with the video inspection and updates via phone but would’ve preferred an estimated time on how long the service would take. I ended up waiting 3 hours and 19 minutes where I have waited only an hour and a half tops at mechanic shops without an appointment. If a set time to come back for the car was given or estimate on how long it could take, I would’ve at least understood it would be because of low staff numbers or something reasonable to wait 3.5 hours especially with an appointment.
