2021 Accord Touring purchased new suffered failed battery when tested. Lead customer service rep, Mark Banas II and his team were gracious, attentive, and above all, very efficient in getting me and out of t when tested. I'm sincerely grateful for Mark and team's efforts in promptly getting me back on the road thus reducing the increasingly hazardous road condition. More
