2021 Accord Touring purchased new suffered failed battery when tested. Lead customer service rep, Mark Banas II and his team were gracious, attentive, and above all, very efficient in getting me and out of t when tested. Lead customer service rep, Mark Banas II and his team were gracious, attentive, and above all, very efficient in getting me and out of the shop within 30 minutes which was critically important during ongoing and increasing near white out snow storm conditions. I'm sincerely grateful for Mark and team's efforts in promptly getting me back on the road thus reducing the increasingly hazardous road condition. More

My service advisor, Michael Whitmer took my car in even though I was 45 minutes early. Service was completed in a timely manner and I was out of there.
