Jeff Stampler is awesome!! I recently bought my first Mercedes, 2015 CLA 250, and I love it!! Stellar Customer Service! That is, until a family member convinced us to stop at Helms Bros. When we walked into Helms Bros. we were pleasantly surprised by the relaxed (albeit professional), unpretentious demeanor of the staff. My relative had specifically recommended that we speak with Jeffrey Stampler, who sensed our lingering frustration and invited us to sit down and explain (i.e., vent!). Jeffrey's willingness to work with us on a realistic, human level was positively refreshing, and shortly after speaking with him we identified a vehicle that piqued our interest. Jeffrey was able to answer all of our questions related to the vehicle and he patiently outlined some potential next steps in the process, including the option to leave a deposit and schedule a follow-up appointment if we decided we needed a day to think things through. Two days later we met again with Jeffrey (and John, too) to seal the deal. Jeffrey stayed with us nearly three hours after he was scheduled to leave the office to ensure that we were taken care of. He even provided a thorough "tour" of our new vehicle before we left! Needless to say, my girlfriend and I are extremely satisfied with the result of our Helms Bros. experience! My brother has bought about 6 Mercedes from here and im glad he referred me, because i now know why. The quality and customer care is beyond extraordinary. This is the reason why I brought my girl friends brother here a week later and we just bought a new Mercedes yesterday. Our salesman, Jeffrey Stampler, literally goes above and beyond for his customers, and if you dont beleive me, go speak to him yourself and tell me that im lying. The staff at Helms Bros respect you, the customer, and never pressure you. I felt so welcome here. Before I broguth my brother in law here ( per se ) we were at a nearby Jeep dealership, we were treated horribly and I convinced him to coem to Helms Bros. He could never be happier. I must also mention, the manager, John Kunz, is also a very friendly guy, who will make sure to accomodate you the best he possibly can, he did not make me feel scared to go up to him and ask him for a good deal, and he came through. He will make sure you leave the dealership a very satisfied customer. My wife and I were visiting NY from North Carolina. We had been looking for a used car in NC for a while but didn't have any luck. My cousin suggested we visit Helm's Brothers and we were not disappointed! They had a great collection of certified pre-owned cars at unbelievable prices! Jeffrey is a great salesman. He answered all our questions and worked with us to get an in-transit plate so that we could drive our car to NC. The staff was very friendly and didn't mind working after hours just so that we could get the delivery of the car on the same day. We are very pleased with their customer service and would definitely recommend them to all our friends. More
