After graduating college and teaching for three years in the New York City public school system, I decided to follow my passion, and embarked on a new career as an automotive technician at a German Automobile dealership. I began as an apprentice and within five years achieved a top certification as an A-1 automotive technician. I subsequently opened my own automobile repair facility, which specialized in Mercedes Benz automobiles; a business which thrived for twenty five years. The following ten years were spent restoring vintage Mercedes Benz and other high-end European automobiles. I continue to follow my dream, as a proud member of the sales team here at Helms Bros. Purchased an ML350 . Jeffrey was our salesperson, very friendly and helpful. Worked out a deal very quickly, even ended up trading in my other ML. My wife and I were visiting NY from North Carolina. We had been looking for a used car in NC for a while but didn't have any luck. My cousin suggested we visit Helm's Brothers and we were not disappointed had been looking for a used car in NC for a while but didn't have any luck. My cousin suggested we visit Helm's Brothers and we were not disappointed! They had a great collection of certified pre-owned cars at unbelievable prices! Jeffrey is a great salesman. He answered all our questions and worked with us to get an in-transit plate so that we could drive our car to NC. The staff was very friendly and didn't mind working after hours just so that we could get the delivery of the car on the same day. We are very pleased with their customer service and would definitely recommend them to all our friends. More

My salesman Jeffery was the best he filled everyone of my requests even after deal was closed, everyone in the dealership is so friendly and real from the sales manager Jennifer all the way to my finance guy requests even after deal was closed, everyone in the dealership is so friendly and real from the sales manager Jennifer all the way to my finance guy Adam, I hate the car buying buying expirience, but these 3 people changed my outlook on dealers and the whole car buying expirience. I would highly recommend this dealership I have given up going to my regular Mercedes dealership for service, because of the professionalism at this place. More

I initially visited Helms Bros in May looking at the cars that MB offered and I was not impressed with the initial person that I met. He was very busy the day I walked in and when I told him I was just look that MB offered and I was not impressed with the initial person that I met. He was very busy the day I walked in and when I told him I was just looking , the interest to help just wasn't there. Then , I decided to go back in July with my father to look at the E350 and we met Jeffery Stampler. He was very pleasant, helpful and very patient and knowledgeable. We immediately liked him and was very satisfied with the information provided to us by Jeffery, that we were very close to deciding on leasing the C300 or E350. He made our visit very pleasant and he made us trust him right away. Within weeks later we went back to Jeffery with my mom and closed the deal . Jeffery made the leasing experience very pleasant and I will definitely recommend my friends to go to Helms Bros and to Jeffery Stampler for buying a car. He is not only a great salesperson, but a good friend. More
