What a "Sick Day" off Jeff Webber met all of my wants when I purchased my new Ram. The general manager assisted with lowering my price with the USAA TrueCar service and beat my multiple credit union's interest rates. He also helped with updating my insurance policy. They even threw in my first oil change for free(It's not 2yrs for free like my wife's Toyota, but it's nice). I was test driving at 9:30AM and home by 2PM. If the truck that I wanted was on the Parkville lot I would have been out the door before noon. More

When I spotte I wanted to take a moment to thank Jeff Webber and everyone else at Heritage Parkville for their help in hooking me up with my new Jeep. When I spotted a vehicle on their web site that I was interested in, I sent in a request for more information. By the end of the afternoon, the Jeep was mine. Everyone worked to make it happen, from getting the vehicle ready for a test drive, working out a plan forward, to closing the deal and negotiating the paper work. Jeff was patient with my concerns. Buying a new car is not something I do every day, but Heritage made the process pretty easy. Thanks More
