You could not find a better, more helpful salesperson than JW (Jeffrey Whitaker). It was a very chaotic and emotional time involving a lot of back-and-forth and stops-and starts on my part. JW was incredibly patient with my questions and understanding about my situation helping me find just the right vehicle with the best financial arrangement. It was only natural that I returned to him when it was time to help our son (on the Autism spectrum) purchase his vehicle - a 2020 Honda Ridgeline. Again, JW was patient beyond compare, patiently answering our son's questions and helping to carefully guide him through the process. Andrew was also very patient and thorough in going through everything involving the finances. As a Honda family, we've also been very happy with Lou Sobh Honda's service department, having gone to them for most of our Honda needs since they opened in Cumming. We've found their prices to be competitive in most circumstances and their service advisors to be very accommodating and knowledgeable. The shop is probably the cleanest we've ever seen for a service center, and everyone on the staff is always professional in both behavior and appearance. More
