I was extremely surprised and disappointed by this service from Porsche. There were no updates provided unless I called. I had initially stated I did not need a car because the repair estimate was 2 days, but it ultimately took almost 3 weeks. When the repair was elongated, I was told there were no cars available anymore due to the holidays.. There were never any apologies for the delays or lack of communication. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of clear communication, updates, and courtesy calls from Champion Porsche. More
