I wanted to let you know, that Jef Rodriguez went above and beyond himself yesterday to help me and solved the problem with my car. After two separate service visits my problem wasn’t solved and I was tol and beyond himself yesterday to help me and solved the problem with my car. After two separate service visits my problem wasn’t solved and I was told several times it's not the Porsche problem. Apple CarPlay didn’t work wireless with my phone. I’ve experienced yesterday an exceptional customer service, Jef spent hours trying to solve the problem even though your service department couldn’t fix it. Jef, after hours of patiently trying to find out what’s causing the problem, multiply system resets, searching for possible solutions etc, identified the problem and found the solution. It was truly amazing that he didn’t leave me with the issue unsolved. Jeff is very knowledgeable and he goes above and beyond what customers need.
