Sale Rep is very professional, nice and willing to answer all my questions. Rudy Luther Toyota is 5 star; there is no price mark up when buying car there. We had to order a custom vehicle due to inventory shortages, and Jen was extremely communicative the entire process. She was a great resource and would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying a Toy shortages, and Jen was extremely communicative the entire process. There was some of the normal “pushiness” from the back office team on extended warranties and other coverage, but it didn’t make for a negative experience given all the other factors. More
