Very fair financial transactions on the purchase on the new vehicle and trade in of old vehicle. Extra effort made to put me at ease. Friendly staff and nice facility. Buyer Beware! If you want a clean car, do not go here. We purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Liberty Toyota. When we test drove the vehicle it was not clean, but we were assured if we closed on the deal, it purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Liberty Toyota. When we test drove the vehicle it was not clean, but we were assured if we closed on the deal, it would be detailed in time for us to take it home that day. We live an hour away so we offered to come back for the vehicle because buying a clean car is important to us. In all of our years of buying cars, we have never seen one left so dirty. They must have done a quick vacuum and spray so it seemed fine as we excitedly drove home with our new car. Over the next few days, I started finding more and more dirt, dust, and pet hair throughout the van; as well as the previous owners belongings and food and pet stains. I know Toyota has a good reputation so I reached out, hoping they would make things right. They offered for us to bring the van back to the dealership an hour away, and they would detail the vehicle. So since we are a family of 5, my husband arranged to take it back and waited for 4 hours for them to fog the vehicle with chemicals which has been an even more disgusting smell than the pet smells. They still didn’t bother to clean, vacuum, wipe down, shampoo ANYTHING! Slowly, I have done the work myself, because we do not want anything to do with this business ever again and cannot afford a professional detail at the moment. Also, we have excellent credit and they didn’t bother doing any work to find us a good rate, but just did the bare minimum to get us out the door. We were short on time for the test drive, but offered over and over to come back and finish the deal. So now we have to do more work ourselves to get refinanced at a rate we qualify for. We really wanted the van and wanted to have a good experience. Unfortunately they just wanted our business and didn’t care how they treated us! Go somewhere else where they will appreciate your business. More
