I thought my appointment was at 7:30 am, but it wasn't until 1 pm. Jenna squeezed me in, so I didn't have to come back at 1. I really appreciated Jenna's extra effort to get me in and her professionalism in making my appointment as convenient as she could for me. More

No complaints. Seems like it takes 30 minutes after I arrive for the vehilce to be taken back for the service, process takes just over an hour.
